About PJ

PJ is currently working on Chinese Buddhist foodways in its ethnographic setting as a religious studies Ph.D student in the U.S., but she also has an intense interest in Chinese astrology, espcially eight character (bazi 八字) and purple star astrology (ziwei dooushu 紫微斗數). In this website, I share both in English and Chinese my understanding of Chinese astrology, including crash courses, case studies, astrology’s connections to religions.
